Terms of Service

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Bundlesqubly Digital Labs Ltd governing your use of bundlesqubly.click and the MotionLab playground. By using the site you accept them. Effective 1 January 2026.

1. The agreement and who it is with

The site is operated by Bundlesqubly Digital Labs Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company number 14892037, registered office Unit 7, Kestrel Works, 128 Bermondsey Street, London SE1 3TX. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean that company; "you" means the individual or organisation accessing the site. If you are using the site on behalf of an employer or client, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

2. What the service is

bundlesqubly.click publishes editorial guidance about web animation patterns and provides an interactive playground that generates CSS values from controls you set. The service is informational and educational. It is not consultancy, and it is not a warranty that any pattern described here is suitable for your project, your users, your accessibility obligations or your performance budget. You remain responsible for testing and for the decisions you ship.

The site is provided free of charge. We may add, change, suspend or withdraw any part of it — including individual guides, presets or the playground itself — at any time and without notice. We may also introduce paid features in future; if we do, the applicable terms will be presented before any charge arises.

3. Your obligations

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or network connected to the site; probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our infrastructure; introduce malicious code; scrape or harvest content at a rate or volume that degrades service for others; remove or obscure copyright, trademark or attribution notices; frame or mirror the site in a way that misrepresents its origin; or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial material, abusive content or anything unlawful.

You also agree not to present MotionLab content as your own editorial work, and not to imply endorsement, partnership or certification by us where none exists.

4. Intellectual property

All editorial text, page structure, illustrations, the MotionLab name and the Bundlesqubly name and logo are owned by Bundlesqubly Digital Labs Ltd or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read, print and store pages for your own reference, and quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link to the source page. You may not republish substantial portions, sell derived compilations, or use our names or marks in a product, domain or service name without written permission.

Code snippets. The CSS the playground generates from your control settings, and short illustrative code examples in the guides, are provided for you to use in your own projects — commercial or otherwise — without attribution and without fee. This permission covers the snippet output only. It does not extend to the site's own stylesheet, scripts, layout, imagery or editorial text.

Placeholder imagery is requested from a third-party image service and remains subject to that service's own terms. Do not assume any placeholder image shown here is licensed for your use.

5. Third-party links

We link to external documentation and standards bodies where they help. Those sites are outside our control; we are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of any product or organisation.

6. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability. Guidance on timings, performance characteristics and browser behaviour reflects our editorial judgement at the time of writing; browsers, specifications and devices change, and we do not warrant that any statement remains current.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, however arising, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the site is limited to £100 (one hundred pounds sterling).

Because the service is informational and free, you accept that you use the guidance and generated code at your own risk and that you are responsible for validating it in your own environment before deployment.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against reasonable claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the site, or any content you submit through the contact form that infringes a third party's rights.

9. Termination

You may stop using the site at any time. We may restrict or terminate your access, in whole or in part and without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached section 3, if access is required to be blocked by law, or if continued access poses a security or availability risk to the site or its users. Sections 4, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 11 survive termination.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any dispute arising out of them or your use of the site are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or the EEA, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence and benefit from any mandatory consumer protections of that jurisdiction.

Before starting proceedings, we ask that you contact [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally within 30 days of receiving such a notice. This step is a request, not a waiver of either party's rights.

11. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these terms; we may assign ours to a successor in connection with a reorganisation or transfer of the business. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement between us regarding the site. We may amend these terms by publishing an updated version on this page, with the effective date shown above; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
